Red Squirrel
Emotions are like quotients inside a mathematical formula. Some emotions increase the value of energy, but is that energy applied in the right direction? Some emotions decrease the value of energy, but is more enthusiasm needed to complete a task?
Accepting an emotion is empowering as it creates a platform to fully process the context and situation. Emotions help us process situations to their full extent, hence tailoring a response and target outcome accurately and effectively.
