A clock not only symbolizes the meaning of time and engineering, but also the act of reflecting on the past, identifying the present, and deliberating future outcomes…

Metaphorically, the minute and hour hand symbolize the actions we take in life. 

The gears inside symbolize the thoughts we process before externally acting on them. Just as a mechanical engineer designs a clock’s gears to process a meaning of time. A person can engineer the thoughts they choose to process influencing a meaning of outcome. A clock requires oil for the gears to turn accurately and dependably to create the time. A person requires emotions for neurotransmission to take place accurately and dependably to create the thoughts one chooses to adopt based on context and nature of responding. 

Today’s demonstrated themes were Joy and Fear. Today we discussed the concept of self-evaluation and reflection of time.
