. . . This quote is only part true as knowing how to manage and process every emotion can increase the joy in one’s journey. The human experience is complex and full of many emotions. While laughter is enjoyable, if one doesn’t experience it, is a day wasted? Absolutely not. Having room to grow is essential to living. Cultivating a time and space to feel can harvest a fulfilling life. With self-compassion and empathy everyday and every context can derive meaning. Progress becomes natural. Thank you for walking this path with me writing and illustrating books to celebrate nature and offer people a place to experience many emotions and derive their own beautiful and unique meaning. . .
