Today’s demonstrated themes were Horrified and Anxious! We discussed many aspects of information gathering and interpretation within the decision-making process!
This Red Squirrel has accepted feeling a little Anxious about gathering enough acorns for winter. Luckily, he knows what makes him feel Content. Painting! So, after processing his Anxiety, he decided to creatively paint the acorns different colors.
Emotions interact and work together to create a balanced response. This is why knowing the values and definitions of more than one emotion can enhance one’s life. One can begin to recognize how circumstances and contexts interact and function based on an emotion’s value.
