“Rainforest fruits and riparian zone flowers were scarce. There was only a few figs left. It was the middle of a severe heat wave in Queensland. Spectacled Flying Fox searched all day for a place to seek refuge. Roosting high up in the trees together wasn’t feasible at the moment. He finally found a cave for his family. Everyone could keep cool for the time being. Spectacled Flying Fox felt content inside the cave. He took a deep breath and smiled. Tomorrow was a new day and full of hope.”
Here’s an illustration and excerpt from The Emotional Advantage (First Edition) Volume Two (All Ages). Integrating zoological environmental awareness into the emotional theme helps raise the likelihood of global conservation efforts and species survival. Unfortunately, a third of this specie’s total population died within the last two years due to the above context and they are now endangered. A fascinating and beautiful creature to celebrate.
Thank you for letting me share my creative process with you. Appreciate the support and interest.

…Decided to back three interesting projects on Kickstarter and one can’t express in words how wonderful it makes you feel. After receiving that first message from a creator you back-thanking you for bringing their project to life, it draws you in. To bring joy to another’s life through helping them launch a project they’re passionate about and knowing now that project will touch other people’s lives-let me just say one of the best emotions you’ll ever feel…
“Know thyself.”
“Do not train a child to learn by force or harshness; but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each.”
