Life is a journey and some emotions facilitate progress while others hinder it. 

Today’s demonstrated themes were Admiration and Trust!

Admiration celebrates achievement and happiness building bridges to learn more. Envy dwells in sadness, anger, and resentment, closing channels of communication. The emotion(s) one chooses to feel directly influences their decision-making process and outcome. 

There are three types of Trust: Deterrence based-We Trust laws to keep us safe and deter harm. Knowledge based-Given history and reflection on past performance, I Trust my horse to transport me safely to my destination. Identity based-The Trust a sibling invests in an older sibling to teach them new things reinforcing their role as a younger sibling.
